The Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky is actively involved in local and regional government affairs activities. These activities are facilitated primarily through the Political Housing Club, which provides funding to local and state candidates, the Issues Advocacy Committee, which provides funding for projects and initiatives to promote the continued growth and development of the region, the Building and Housing Codes Committee, which monitors building code concerns and the Land Development Council which addresses various zoning regulations, community planning and environmental policies that impact the construction industry.
